Veterans of Oakwood Cemetery
This website was created by Anthony Steines as an Eagle Scout Project from Troop 101. The purpose of this website is to remake/update the current maps of the veterans buried at Oakwood Cemetery. This will make it easier to locate the graves due to the fact that most of them are outdated and faded; therefore, hard to read and will soon be lost.
This website will hopefully make it easier for the families and relatives of the veterans to find their loved ones. It will also benefit the cemetery and local groups like the VFW when decorating the graves each year for Memorial Day and/or Veterans Day. Since the old maps are 40 some years old a new one needed to be made.
